Pacific Northwest Coast by Stigbergets Bryggeri

It’s all about the terroir. Here at Stigs we love hops. But we know that not all hops were created equal. The Pacific Northwest of the USA is to hops what Italy is to lemons and we all know what we’re supposed to do when life gives us lemons. So you can probably guess what we do when YCH give us hops. Stigbergets has worked with YCH for so long that it’s almost criminal we’re only making a beer with them now. Often it is those closest to us we take the most for granted. Drawing inspiration from our beloved West Coast we’ve taken this opportunity to use a variety of cryogenically frozen hops (Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe) from YCH for maximum freshness and intensity and obviously deliciousness.
