Hostel California – 4.5% is a lovely Hazy Session Ipa hopped with Super Sauvin and Mega Motueka. The Hop Unlock yeast that we've used helps open up the thiols and aroma in this lovely Session Ipa. It's a beer made in collaboration with Seagrove Public.
