Crafted with a blend of six hand-picked specialty malts from Ireland and the UK, Ostara delivers rich depth, roasted complexity, and a whisper of sweetness. To balance it all, we finish with a clean bite of bitterness, using soft traditional varieties of hops plus for a subtle, engaging hop character that lingers just long enough to invite another sip.
