DDH IPA – Dry hopped with Citra, Mosaic & Chinook. Dress up, look sharp; this concoction comes decked out in the finest amber. All silk, ruffled yellow velvet and a gleaming white head. Steeped in the stink of tangy orange, stone fruit and the prickly, spicy scents of citrus. Orange is the theme here. Orange juice, orange peel, orange color, orange. It’s Fanta, it’s Tango (English millennials, let me hear you!), it’s jam. There’s also passion fruit and pine and pineapple, but they’re supporting characters at best. It’s oily, it’s viscous, and it’s beautifully carbonated.
