Zoe (Vintage 2016) by Penyllan

Zoe is a beautiful sour amber beer blended from one, two and five-year-old ales from our Chianti fouder solera. Aromas of champagne, raspberries, vanilla and a touch of toffee. The palate is a balance of sweetness and tartness with flavours of raspberry-balsamic, caramel and a spicy pepper note. Medium-bodied with crisp dry finish and lingering acidity.
