Big Foam is a rustic country style lager, with German pilsner malt and locally grown spelt. Finished with a large dose of Hallertau Blanc and Astra hops, for a peachy white wine finish. Fermented cold, naturally acidified and naturally carbonated. Pour hard and bask in the Big Foam.
